What we collect

Routine Critters stores only the information you enter in the app: your child's first name (or nickname), age, routines, tasks, and reward preferences. If you create an account, we also store your email address for authentication.

How we use it

We use your data to display routines and progress in the app, sync across devices when signed in, and respond to support requests. We do not use children's data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the app.

Data storage

In guest mode, everything is stored locally on your device. When signed in, your data is backed up to our secure cloud database so it is available on every device you use. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. The app is designed for families to use together, with a parent-managed settings area. If you believe a child has provided information without permission, contact us and we will delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with trusted service providers needed to run the app (such as authentication and cloud hosting), and only under strict confidentiality and security terms.

Your choices

You can edit or delete a child's profile at any time from the parent settings page. You can also sign out or delete your account by contacting support.
